TriCounty Telecom Selects M4® Solutions for Integrated Facilities Mapping and Management

December 14, 2011 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of Geographical Operations System (GOS) software, announced today that TriCounty Telecom, an independent telecommunications provider based in Belhaven, NC, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their inside and outside networks for their North Carolina facilities.
The M4 Solutions software includes complete design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management, as well as various support applications such as CPR integration, dispatch management and services management. The M4 software is designed to visualize the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software ties each map element item back to an individual database record, which integrates with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.
