We do more than train our clients to use our software. Mapcom’s mentoring methods ensure the fiscal and productive success of our clients. From engineering to customer service to executive management, we teach companies where and when to use M4 to their greatest advantage.
We'll keep you educated!
At Mapcom Systems, we know that a software program produces the most results when it is used to its fullest extent. In addition to initial training, we continually offer our clients seminars, classes, and online "tips and tricks" sessions.
One project leader is assigned to your team and manages the project from inception to delivery - including your training. Upon initial set-up, you'll have the flexibility of having your project manager perform training either at Mapcom's headquarters, or at your facility. In addition, your training is performed on your own data, not demo data, reducing the amount of time it takes to get users up and running.
As an additional service to our clients, users are encouraged to take part in live, bi-monthly "tips and tricks" training sessions via WebEx online conferencing. This is an excellent forum to stay on top of the latest developments and new features.
We hold an annual User Group Conference, generally scheduled in October, completely oriented towards training and interactive roundtable sessions. Users can attend up to 10 training sessions and learn how other telcos are implementing M4. This has become a valuable resource for exchanging information as well as educating our clients on using M4 to its fullest power.
