Donna Leigh


Donna’s professional experience began in the healthcare industry as a Sales Representative, where she quickly came to love account management and was a leader in developing exceptional client relationships. She formerly led Mapcom’s team of customer support and relations staff with strong passion and high energy as the Vice President of Client Experience.

Donna believes that a strong focus on customer service and support is the key to running a successful business. During her time as Vice President, she directed training and continuing education, software testing for client projects and new releases, surveys for new clients, and annual customer satisfaction.

Her hobbies include gardening, piano, traveling, skiing, and spending time reading on the beach. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
