We’re getting closer and closer to the 2016 M4 Users Conference! Our team has been preparing, rehearsing, planning, and eagerly anticipating your arrival. It’s going to be a busy and fun week and we want to make sure you have all the information you need to know in order to be successful!
Conference Registration: Registration begins Monday, October 10th, 7:00am – 5:00pm and Tuesday, October 11th, 7:00am – 5:00 pm at the Marriott. Attendees will receive all conference materials during registration on Monday and Tuesday.
Opening Reception: The Welcome Reception will be on Tuesday, October 11th, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Marriott, in Salon F.
Customer Appreciation Dinner: We’re planning an extra-special dinner on Wednesday evening, October 12th – you won’t want to miss it! We will continue our Users Conference theme into our dinner, and it’s sure to be an unforgettable time!
Weather: Richmond is beautiful in the fall! With temperatures ranging from 60 to 75 degrees in October, plan to bring a jacket. If you’re signed up for a dine-around, we’ll be walking to our dinner location so pack comfortable shoes. As always, Mother Nature can be unpredictable, so it may not be a bad idea to bring an umbrella as well!
Attire: We’re a business casual kind of place!
Bring your own device: This year we suggest bringing your own device to take the online certification exams. We will be providing wifi throughout the conference area this year, so feel free to take the exam wherever you’d like, or down in our certification lab.
The Users Conference App: It is ready to go! Go to the app store on your phone and download the 2016 M4 Users Conference app! Check your email or contact us for the access code to enter when prompted and start exploring all of our new mobile features!
