Our Inside Sales Representatives work in tandem with our Account Managers focused on delivering tailored solutions for telecommunications providers.  We’re seeking someone that has a gift for building and maintaining strong relationships as you’ll be involved in customer calls, understanding their business challenges and successes, and determining how we can assist.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer care and comfortable spending a large amount of time on the phone. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer-facing skills, combined with a technical aptitude and knowledge of (or a keen interest in learning) the GIS space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a solid understanding of our product suite and its ROI to enable productive discussions with customers and prospects
  • Leverage customer intelligence to identify potential new revenue opportunities within our existing customer base and target market
  • Perform outbound sales calls, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and sales qualification
  • Support our Account Managers on sales administration and customer care related tasks
  • Assist in the development of sales quotations and proposals, presentations, and sales collateral 
  • Assist with inside sales initiatives, including campaigns for new offerings, webinars, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Proven ability in an inside sales/sales support role, preferably within an enterprise software sales environment
  • Solid understanding of complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to close
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers through trust and credibility
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information to various audiences 
  • Competence with tools such as MS Office and CRM applications such as Salesforce or NetSuite 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 – 3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a proven and effective Senior .Net Developer with experience in building cutting-edge Cloud Native software solutions to join our team. A successful candidate will contribute to our groundbreaking SaaS products and leverage technologies such as .Net Core, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure CosmosDB, Message Queues, and Machine Learning to build best-of-breed software solutions to serve the telecommunications industry. You will play a key role in establishing best-practices, driving design decisions, and encourage agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in an Agile environment, where teamwork is always recognized and appreciated
  • Design, develop and unit test scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Produce clean code
  • Collaborate with a fast-moving team where quality always comes first
  • Diagnose defects and provide effective solutions
  • Provide development estimates, be a part of planning, prioritization, and refinement sessions
  • Understand and support the release management process
  • Mentor other team members through pair programming, code review, and collaborative design discussions
  • Espouse DevOps principles through incorporation of concepts such as automation, CI, CD, metrics, monitoring, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and the organizational adoption of systems thinking, feedback loops and collaboration

  • B.S. in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
  • M.S. preferred
  • Four years of experience as software engineer
  • Two years of experience building cloud native software solutions

Support Tech I

A Support Tech I is responsible for providing technical support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving technical issues with end customers and providing troubleshooting support and solutions to employees and customers.  In addition, this position assists with updates to knowledge articles and similar user-facing documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to technical support inquiries from customers in a timely fashion. 
  • Track and manage support activities using Zendesk. 
  • Ensuring customers continue to get full value for their software and solutions, by supporting software versions installed by those customers until upgraded or retired. 
  • Escalating tickets as necessary for technical assistance. 
  • Reviewing and revising knowledge articles. 
  • Providing occasional phone and email coverage over evenings and weekends. 
  • Performing other duties and special projects as required. 

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for technology; with an eagerness to solve complex software issues.  You like to solve a puzzle, even if sometimes there is a piece or two missing.  
  • A genuine dedication to customer care/service.  You truly like to help people, and find it makes you happy when you make a customer happy. 
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies with minimal supervision. 

Would love to see:

  • Experience in a help desk environment, telecommunications, or GIS related field  
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Geography (or equivalent experience)  
  • Experience with software development of Windows desktop or Web applications. 
  • Experience working with Microsoft enterprise software including SQL Server
