M4 Software adds efficient reporting tool to help providers meet their regulatory deadlines and requirements.

March 9, 2015 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of visual operations management software, is one of five participating companies recently selected to display their latest innovations in the “Hot Technologies” exhibit area during the upcoming Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & EXPO (RTIME) on March 9th and 10th, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona “Mapcom is proud to be featured once again in the annual Hot Technologies Exhibit and is excited to share our innovative new reporting tool,” said John Granger, President and CEO.

In an effort to help customers meet their regulatory reporting deadlines and adhere to the reporting requirements for items such as FCC Form 477, Form 481, as well as the Special Access Data Collection and the Study Area Boundary Collection, Mapcom released its M4 Reg Reporter in March of 2014. To date, over 60 customers have submitted their regulatory reports on time and at a fraction of the cost that would have been required using traditional manual efforts.

“Making strides in the regulatory reporting process, M4 Reg Reporter, our Hot Technologies entry for 2015, saves our customers both time and cost with its spatial analysis abilities. By overlaying census block files directly onto M4 users’ maps, the M4 Reg Reporter tool collects and correlates customer data quickly. Reports can be run in minutes, producing ready-to-upload files for submission and saving hours in the process.” added Granger.
