M4 software will help the City of LaGrange manage their community’s telecommunications operations and infrastructure visually.
November 17, 2014 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of visual operations management software, announced today that the City of LaGrange, a telecommunications service provider based in LaGrange, Georgia, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their inside and outside networks for their community.
The City of LaGrange saw a need for faster Internet speeds to stimulate economic growth and investment from business. The M4 Solutions software includes comprehensive design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications, such as workforce management, services management and CPR integration. The M4 software is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.
