M4 software will help WNM Communications manage operations and infrastructure visually.
June 25, 2014 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of visual operations management software, announced today that WNM Communications, a telecommunications service provider based in Silver City, New Mexico, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their inside and outside networks for the communities they serve in southwestern New Mexico.

The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.
