John Granger

John Granger

President and Chief Executive Officer

John Granger has more than 30 years of experience in leading and developing teams to meet clients' needs and visions. He leads Mapcom's mission to provide a business solution that has measurable enterprise-wide benefits, is easy to learn and use, flexibly implemented and extremely cost effective.

John’s professional experience includes successfully building businesses in the technology industry. He has worked in executive management, sales, marketing, and operations. John spent 15 years as a team builder with Automatic Data Processing, Computer Associates International and Tredegar Corp., where his teams were consistently ranked #1 in sales and customer satisfaction.

John currently serves on OPASTCO's Education Committee, and serves on the Board of the Foundation for Rural Education Development (FRED). In addition, he recently served on the OPASTCO Board of Directors, and served as Chair of its Associate Member Committee. In 2011, he received the OPASTCO Associate Member Distinguished Service award. Also active in the NTCA, John formerly served as Chairman of the NTCA EXPO Advisory Committee and Chair of its Associate Member Advisory Council. In 2010, he received the NTCA Associate Member Distinguished Achievement award. John has been involved with multiple state associations; and he has been a frequent speaker at NTCA and OPASTCO conferences, as well as many state and regional telephone association events. 

Originally from the Hershey, Pennsylvania area, John is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Susquehanna University, as well as an MBA from Penn State University. He and his wife, Donna, have three children and have served several times as PTA Co-Presidents and as Co-Presidents of the Choral Boosters.

Chuck Flournoy

Chuck Flournoy

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Chuck Flournoy leads operations and develops Mapcom’s strategic relationships with partners and customers. He has been integrally involved in the company's growth and success. He is a noted telecommunications industry author and speaker, and appears regularly in national trade publications and on the docket of state, regional and national events.

Prior to joining Mapcom, Chuck served as a Principal and COO of LuxVue, Inc., an integrated broadband services venture, and as Director of New Product Development for Charter Communications. Chuck began his career in cable with Rifkin & Associates, where he directed the MSO’s Virginia operations and later served as Corporate Director of New Business.

He has been a recipient of the Virginia Cable Telecommunications Association’s Meritorious Service Award for his pioneering contributions to the cable industry. Chuck currently serves as Chair of the NTCA Associate Member Advisory Council, and is a member of the OPASTCO Technical Committee and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. Chuck earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Stetson University and holds a Masters in Liberal Studies from Duke University.

David Spiller

Technical Director 

Since joining Mapcom in 2003, David’s responsibilities have included digital cartography, software training, customer consulting and project development. Outstanding performance in these roles has enabled David to develop a vast understanding of M4 and how telecommunications companies may best utilize the software’s capabilities.

As M4’s Technical Director, David is a key player in generating ideas for the future of M4 Solutions and is constantly researching, designing and developing the software in order to better fulfill customer needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.  Besides being in charge of where M4 is going in the development department, David must also stay on top of trends in the telecommunications industry as well as in technology platforms so that M4 can work optimally with the newest systems. 

David actively manages a number of client projects and still finds time to speak on behalf of Mapcom Systems at state and national conferences on the latest developments in M4, as well as in the telecommunications industry. David’s visionary ideas have definitely contributed to solving the needs of telecommunications providers all over the country. Prior to joining Mapcom, David trained with the Fila USA Discovery Team and attempted to qualify for the US Olympic marathon trials. David earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University and holds a minor in Computer Science.

Al Uhryniak

Quality Manager

With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Al Uhryniak is highly educated in telecommunications operations. His career experience includes working for Armstrong Telephone, Verizon, Bell Atlantic and Bell Pennsylvania, where he has been everything from a lineman to a General Manager and a process reengineering consultant. He has an extremely well-rounded understanding of the technologies, both old and new, and the processes and procedures needed to successfully run a telephone company.

With a genuine commitment to deliver quality service, he continually consults with many of our telco clients helping them to achieve the best operational efficiency. Al is a graduate from the Center for Process Reengineering in Boston, and holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh in Psychology.

Donna Leigh

Donna Leigh

Customer Satisfaction and Support Manager

Donna leads Mapcom’s team of customer support staff with strong passion and high energy. As the Manager of Customer Satisfaction and Support, Donna believes that a strong focus on customer service and support is the key to running a successful business. In addition she directs training and continuing education; software testing for client projects and new releases, client surveys for new clients, training, and annual customer satisfaction.

Donna has also been instrumental in leading the production of an expanded M4 knowledgebase, offering clients additional resources and training tools. Donna also heads up M4 User Group activities, such as “Tips and Tricks” sessions and the annual M4 User’s Conference.

Donna’s professional experience began in the sales industry, where she quickly became a proven leader in account management and developing exceptional client relationships. Donna graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Donna enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, and supporting her children’s athletic activities.
