M4 software will help BayRing Communications manage operations and infrastructure visually.
March 5, 2014 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of visual operations management software, announced today that BayRing Communications, a telecommunications service provider based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their fiber network for the communities they serve in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
The M4 Solutions software includes comprehensive design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications, such as workforce management, services management and CPR integration. The M4 software is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer assignment and billing records.
