M4 software will help Cochrane Telecom Services manage their operations and infrastructure visually.
November 25, 2013 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of visual operations management software, announced today that Cochrane Telecom Services, a telecommunications service provider based in Cochrane, Ontario, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their inside and outside telecommunications networks for their Ontario facilities.
The M4 Solutions software includes comprehensive design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications, such as workforce management, services management and CPR integration. The M4 software is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.
