RICHMOND, Va. – Mapcom Systems is pleased to announce Jonathan Crawford’s promotion to the executive leadership team in the role of Director of Sales. In addition to continuing his work with Mapcom’s strategic alliances, Crawford will lead the sales team and guide overall business development efforts.
Crawford first joined Mapcom in 2015 and brings more than 10 years of telecommunications, technology, and leadership experience to the Director of Sales role. His previous work includes managing strategic accounts and partner relationships at a leading global service assurance software provider for communications providers.
