OCTOBER 17, 2014 – RICHMOND, VA – Mapcom Systems held their 13th Annual M4 Users Conference in Richmond, VA on October 7-9. The M4 Users Conference, themed “Creating Connections,” took place at the Richmond Marriott in Richmond, Virginia. The M4 Users Conference was attended by over 130 employees of Mapcom’s clients from all over the U.S. and Canada. Attendees included clients with roles from Field Tech to General Manager. Thirty states as well as Canada were represented with clients traveling up to 3,700 miles to attend. The M4 Certification Program, in its 3rd year, certified many more M4 Users in attendance in each of the program’s four levels of expertise: Specialist, Professional, Expert and Master. Workshop presentations and General Session meetings covered a wide variety of topics and included a preview presentation of what’s to come in M4 v15.

During the Conference, four awards were presented to M4 client companies:

The PPM Award spotlights innovative telecommunications leaders who maximize the capabilities of M4 Solutions to manage their operations.
