What is a 1-on-1 session?
A 1-on-1 session is an exclusive, one-hour meeting between yourself and a Mapcom M4 project expert. This meeting is designed to give you personalized attention and feedback based on the problems you want to solve. We recommend you come prepared with a set of questions, concerns or suggestions so we can best utilize this time.
Who will you meet with?
It depends on your project and your needs. When you request a 1-on-1 session, our team looks at the specifics of your project and handpicks the best Mapcom staff to assist you. This could be a Project Manager, a Production specialist, the Account Executive you worked with or a Support Tech who knows your project inside and out. We let you know ahead of time who your expert(s) will be!
When are the 1-on-1s?
We’ve built time slots into the agenda for 1-on-1 meetings on Monday, October 10th and Thursday, October 13th. After we receive a request and find the right expert for your meeting, we’ll schedule a one-hour block for discussion. Of course, if those times absolutely do not work you can contact us to make arrangements.
How much does it cost?
Meeting for a 1-on-1 is no extra cost! It’s a great way to squeeze the most out of your M4 Users Conference experience. If you have too many questions for a one-hour meeting and want to spend more time with our staff, you can request an extra hour for an additional cost. These extended 1-on-1s will also be held during the time slots referred to above.
